How a network around the president's sons bought its way into army contracts

The Ministry of National Defense and a group of friends and cousins of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s sons wove a web of corruption in the construction of the Mayan Train through million-dollar bribes. According to various audios in the possession of Latinus, this group, called “El Clan”, negotiated directly with the Felipe Angeles Group, the top brass of the military engineers. We reconstructed the chain of command corrupted by the president's son's friends and confirmed, with documents, that Amilcar Olán was hired by the Army.
